Terms of Service
Effective date: January 1, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the site or booking a studio with Studiavo Spaces (“Company”), you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy.
2. Booking and Confirmation
A booking request is placed when you submit a cart with selected studios and hours. Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule requests that conflict with building constraints or safety policies.
3. Fees and Payments
- Published hourly rates apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Holds may require a card authorization. We capture payment once availability is confirmed.
- Add-ons and overtime are billed at posted rates in 30-minute increments.
- Corporate accounts may request invoicing subject to credit approval.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Full refund if canceled 72 hours before the start time; 50% refund between 72–24 hours; non-refundable within 24 hours. One complimentary reschedule may be offered if we rebook the slot.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Respect occupancy limits and building quiet hours.
- Use protective mats for gear and return the room to its original condition.
- Follow safety instructions for electrical loads and rigging; unsupported rigging is prohibited.
- Comply with all local laws, permits, and insurance requirements where applicable.
6. Prohibited Uses
Activities that pose safety risks, violate laws, or promote hate or harassment are prohibited. Hazardous materials, open flames, and unauthorized alcohol service are not allowed.
7. Damage and Security Deposit
You are responsible for damages caused by your team or guests. We may require a security deposit for certain bookings; unused deposits are returned within 7 business days after the session pending inspection.
8. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid for the specific booking in dispute.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, power outages, or building emergencies.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and site materials are owned by the Company or its licensors. You may not reproduce or adapt materials without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
